As an added precaution, we will be wearing facemasks, gloves, and booties whenever working indoors or interacting with customers. We also encourage all of our customers to take advantage of our contact free payment options, by paying for appointments online after booking appointments (we can re-send any invoices via email to be paid electronically upon request). How do we operate?

BLULADDER services storefront accounts weekly, biweekly, and monthly. We will set up a frequency that works for your situation. In most cases we recommend having your exterior glass cleaned weekly, while having the interior glass cleaned every other week.

Once we have a frequency agreed upon, we will come regularly on a specified day of the week. Rain or shine, we are almost always on location to make sure your windows are sparkling! In the rare event that circumstances arise to prevent your window cleaning (extreme weather, schedule conflicts, etc) we will always come either the day before or after your regular cleaning day.

Pricing:

Our pricing is subject to change depending on additional variables and circumstances unique to any given location. For the most accurate estimate, give us a call and we’ll set up a time for an in-person estimate. We do our best to give our customers the best prices possible, while keeping your glass sparkling clean. Ongoing maintenance packages (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc) are the best way to keep your windows cleaned for the best price!

Storefronts:
We have a minimum trip fee of $20 for weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings.

Payments:

Our primary method is to email an invoice to you (or the primary payer on the account) monthly, after the work has been completed. The invoice we send allows you to pay by credit card through our secure Square portal, or alternatively you may print the invoice and ail a check to the address given. We are very flexible regarding payment methods, so please let us know if you have any additional requests.
