"Basic" Maintenance Clean: $169
Our "Basic" package is our simplest, lowest cost package for gutter cleaning, which includes:
+ removal of any/all debris from gutters and downspouts
+ quick inspection of all visible components of gutters. If we see anything in need of repair we will notify homeowner.
+ 30 day gutter-flow guarantee: If your gutters become clogged within 30 days because of debris, we will take care of it for free!
*Recommended as an annual maintenance when gutters are in great shape with no need for repair.
"Premium" Rinse & Fix: $239
Our "Premium" package for gutter cleaning includes:
+ removal of any/all debris from gutters and downspouts
+ rinse gutters and downspouts.
+ thorough inspection of gutters and downspouts
+ minor repairs and maintenance are also included, which would include adding brackets or refastening loose sections, and resealing minor leaks.
+ 90-Day Gutter Guarantee: if anything happens within 90 days of service (clogs, leaks, loose sections, birds nests, etc) we will come and fix or clear it for free! *Recommended for first time customers whose gutters are in need of extra care.
"Deluxe" Rinse & Restore:

Gutter Repairs: $169
Do you need some leaks repaired? Are your gutters sagging? We also can make small repairs as needed. Our trip minimum is $149, but we suggest you purchase our "Clean & Rinse" package, which includes most minor repairs that your gutters may need, for $219.

Q: How often should my gutters be cleaned?
In most cases, we recommend that your gutters be cleaned once a year. While some gutters need to be cleaned more often to maintain proper function, once a year is good for the majority of homes in Staten Island
Q: My gutters are old and need to be replaced, can you help?
Yes! BluLadder is able to install new gutters and/or downspouts. We will let you know if your gutters simply need a tuneup, but if you really need new gutters, we are happy to help.
Q: When is the best time of year to have my gutters cleaned?
For first time cleans or clogged gutters, it can be important to service your gutters as soon as possible. Having said that, we recommend that our regular customers have their maintenance cleans” in the early spring (March and April are ideal). Often when the leaves have finished falling, temperatures drop below freezing making it dangerous to access the gutters for proper maintenance. A few months of winter usually don’t disrupt the flow of water when the gutters have been previously cleaned, so it is more practical to clean the gutters once the temperature begins to rise above 50 degrees.
Q: Does someone need to be home for the appointment?
The short answer is no. As long as we can access the gutters, we are able to clean the gutters with no one home. Home owners can either prepay while booking online, or we can email an invoice for easy payment once we have completed the work.
